How long will it take for my card/s to arrive?
We use Australia Post to deliver our cards, so delivery times depend on where you are located. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day. See estimated delivery times below:
-3-5 business days same state (Queensland)
-4-7 business days interstate

What security measures are there to protect my photos/videos from being seen by other people?
We currently use Vimeo to host your uploaded media. However, our Vimeo account is set to private, meaning no one can access your media unless they scan the QR code printed on your card, so you can rest well knowing that your photos and videos are secure and can only be seen by those you intend to see them.
Furthermore, your media is never stored anywhere but on our Vimeo account – we never store anything locally.
We also understand that your photos and videos can be very personal and precious to both you and the intended receiver of the card. While we do undertake a quick quality control check on your media once its uploaded to the card to ensure its up to our standards, we take great care not to view your photos and videos, so please make sure your videos and photos are acceptable before placing your order to ensure the finished product meets your standards. to avoid any errors in the final product.
